Our computer controlled 10,000 ton open die hydraulic press is the largest open die press in the Western Hemisphere. It can handle ingots weighing up to 272 metric tons. The power of this press permits the use of wider dies for superior internal quality and strength. Our forging capabilities include the ability to produce shells and discs up to 5080 mm in diameter and shafts up to 21 meters long.
Our computer controlled 10,000 ton open die hydraulic press is the largest open die press in the Western Hemisphere. It can handle ingots weighing up to 300 tons. The power of this press permits the use of wider dies for superior internal quality and strength. Our forging capabilities include the ability to produce shells and discs up to 200 inches in diameter and shafts up to 70 feet long.
